Thomson problem repair 44jw611s rear projection TV model?

I have a rear projection 44jw611s Thomson television.when I can connect the LED blinks ON OFF, but not picture.do need a new bulb, a PC Card or else? appreciate any help since I can not find a service manual and for this model TV anywhere, any person may also help in this
