Why does not anyone answer my important questions?

3 or 4 last questions asked, I never had an answer. I need to find or how to fix my portable DVD player or make a recovery disk from the SD card reader. my laptop is as unstable as people go to school and that is saying a lot because of my laptop has never had a virus of some sort of criticism may be occasional pop-under threat of Troy placed by advertisers that some kind of scam. my laptop randomly given once every 6 months. So unless I want to spend hundreds of dollars on a new computer, I need some people know how to fix it if does not start. I will keep my data in about a week, so I'm on top of keeping my data, I think about using a cleaner
