USB repair questions?

I have a USB malfunction is not technical but very physical and direct and pins are bent executive course have been raped. And I do not think I can get a PCMCIA card, since it appears that came with your computer. The USB ports are built into the motherboard, the motherboard replacement = NEW = expensive if you still have 1 port just buy a USB hub, connect all of this and use it to connect to the laptop.
