PC Repair Tips

Is there a repair shop laptop or a person in Colorado Springs that is inexpensive and does a great job?

I Compaq Armada M700 I bought on ebay. However, there will be no more than the Compaq monitor. It has no operating system so I'm thinking the hard drive is bad. I really want to get this fixed so if there is a large computer technician here in Colorado Springs or a store that does a great job face and resolve this problem, I would be very happy. Please Geeks help! I wanted to add that any chip alleck and other stupid comments 2 points is not necessary a bad job. Ihave done some research, I just want the experience and comments from someone who does a good job!
