Starting a business, do I need an LLC?
I'm starting a computer repair business with a friend. We have buses. cards page web and name. What now? Do I need an LLC How I can protect myself? Should I write a resignation form in case something happens and a customer wants to continue? Im thinking the worst case also since this is me and a friend What do you think we should share payment? (Appeal of alternative jobs anyway?) Thanks to all
There are several ways to format a business association, limited liability corporations, limited liability companies, body, s-body, etc. If you are not aware of the advantages and disadvantages of each type, I would hire a lawyer. Moreover, since in doing business that you and your friend, you want to be sure who is responsible to define what percentage of the debt, who gets what share of the rent, etc.
