Starting a business in Chicago?

My husband and I are eager to start a computer repair shop with a couple of other things too. What includes the sale of cookies and beverages such as soda and water even as may be small pastry cinnamon buns ect ……… It also offers courses for the public as well as graphic design and web design. Also computer sales Basic use of built systems. Also things like screen printing T-shirts. Much more also but do not want to give up a lot of information and have someone take our idea anyway lol we need to know what course of action to develop and obtain licenses to do our dream. Please help, do not really know where to start, since both the news. Any help would be !!!!! great
