Lenovo ThinkPad W700 or Mac Book Pro?

Im looking for a new laptop for graphics, photography and web design. After examined several laptops now Im deciding between the two. I used PC and Mac before, but most of my software all based on PC yet. Both laptops have similar characteristics and are close in price. Some of my strengths and weaknesses are:-The MAC is smaller and very sexy. The Lenovo is large and a bit ugly, but what's inside that compte.-Id should spend more to get my Mac versions of Adobe. Even if Mac is running Windows, only ID to get the best performance when running the Mac version with the Lenovo could save money for software upgrades and equipment upgraded version FB-I do not know how to fix MACS if something goes wrong. Macgyver PC I can just about anything to work when something bad happens. The Thinkpad comes with a Wacom tablet installed. The MAC is needed more externe. girls-Id with a MAC.
